SISESTI 2 – ensemble of 4 houses, connected 2 by 2, located in the secondary part of Gheorghe Ionescu Sisesti’s main road, with a wrapped floor area of 1400 square meters. The space planning is carefully designed to utilise each and every bit of square centimetre of space. With this space optimization, we achieved compact volumes that were further dressed up in an interesting architectural look. We chose a concept of urban loft, tuned into a more intimate and friendly voice.
