Human Experience Company
So, we started the project by spending some hours with them at the office and to observe a regular day, their dynamic and the energy the people have. We took with us the joyfulness, the warmth and a clear “at home” feeling. Then, naturally, “home” became the core design concept.
An open space, with a simple layout for desk distribution, but with much attention for visible contact between people, and some “living room” type of areas, to facilitate relaxed time together. To convey more warmth and conviviality, we used as many “at home” references such as: plants, rugs, furniture, drapes and sofas, all covered in a warm chromatic concept and very rich textures. We left spaces for each person to decorate in a personal way their working environment, while giving them a set of plants and decorations to play with.
